Associate Private Equity Job
This role presents a great opportunity to join the German investment team of a well-established pan-European mid-market private equity fund. You will be involved across the entire investment lifecycle including due diligence, deal execution and transaction management. The position requires strong analytical skills, independent thinking and the ability to contribute to origination and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities
• Conduct due diligence on prospective investments
• Support deal execution and transaction structuring
• Assist senior members of the investment team in origination
• Monitor portfolio performance and value creation

• Relevant M&A/CF experience from top investment banks or consultancies
• Strong financial modelling capability
