We are seeking a seasoned Private Equity Investment Manager focused on growth and buy-and-build strategies for mid-market companies. In this role, you will lead sourcing, execution and value-creation initiatives across portfolio firms, supporting strategic development and operational improvements. You will partner with executive teams to drive long-term performance and enhance investor value.

Responsibilities
• Lead deal origination and execution for growth and buy & build transactions
• Develop financial models for valuation and performance forecasting
• Work closely with portfolio management teams to implement strategic improvements
• Support fundraising and investor reporting

Requirements
• Strong background in private equity or corporate finance
• Proven deal execution and portfolio management experience
