Our client, a leading European corporate, is seeking an M&A Analyst/Associate to join its deal team focused on strategic acquisitions. You will support live transactions including financial modelling, due diligence and execution whilst contributing to enhancement of M&A processes and frameworks.
Responsibilities
• Support deal execution and financial analysis
• Conduct commercial and operational due diligence
• Help develop tools and processes for the M&A team
Profile
• 2–5 years M&A experience at investment banks
• Strong analytical and financial skills
